Services

CADcollaboration offers its clients unique creativity plus on-time project implementation. We believe that by cooperating with clients it is possible to use the combined experience to great effect and meet the stringent standards being introduced throughout the industry.

CADcollaboration utilizes a powerful design and visualization tool like AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor to compliment our design expertise. Using the latest version of the software allows us to be more responsive to our client's needs, create drawings faster, and compress the design cycle significantly.

Harness our technical expertise in specialties ranging from consumer products design to industrial design.

Product Design
We produce accurate and information-rich virtual 3D models, exploded assembly drawings and detail drawings of products in a diverse range of markets including, but are not limited to:

  • Agricultural Machines
  • Appliances
  • Automotive Parts

  • Consumer Products
  • Housewares/Furniture
  • Machine Parts

  • Medical/Fitness Devices
  • Tools
  • Toys

Whatever product you design, we can help ease out your design team's workload and help them create superb designs. By delegating downstream design tasks to us, your team can focus more on exploring designs thoroughly, presenting options clearly and reaching the best design solution.

Additionally, the use of 3D design data extends not only throughout the design chain, benefit further through reuse of 3D models for sales and marketing activities.

Industrial Plant and Power Utilities
We produce virtual 3D models of industrial equipment, machines, valves, and the like and generate realistic renderings as well as different perspective views that can be used in creating training manuals for plant operations and maintenance.

For these industries, competent training of personnel who operate or maintain specialized equipment is a necessity. CADcollaboration helps in producing realistic representation of these objects, corresponding as closely as possible to the actual equipment, so your team becomes extremely familiar on the equipment they operate or maintain in the field.

Piping Design
Although we do not currently own a specialized software for piping design, we commonly produce piping isometric drawings and support drawings, and carry out revision works of piping arrangement drawings and P&ID's  as per your remarks using the AutoCAD software supplemented by our staff's more than eight years experience in piping design.

Architecture
We create virtual 3D models and renderings of your projects from your 2D data.

Working in three dimensions has its advantages--it allows you to explore a number of concepts inexpensively and helps in client relations for communicating building design alternatives, plus it increases client satisfaction by allowing you to present a design that they can understand easily. Using virtual 3D models simplifies many challenges and helps to sell your design concepts.

Detailing
We produce detail drawings of machine parts, ducting, and fan casing for thermal power plants. Precise detail drawings are produced conforming to your design specifications and your own drafting standards. We provide the drawings with complete dimensions and tolerances.

Legacy Drawings Conversion
We offer conversion of your manually drafted drawings to CAD drawings as well as your 2D drawings to 3D drawings. Our drawing conversions include mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, architectural, piping, and most other types of design documents.

Conversion of your legacy data into CAD data facilitates quick and easy reuse of your valuable assets for further high-end design tasks. The migration of your entire legacy data and its standardization are indispensable to the excellence of any continuing design operations.

Take advantage of our high-value services and experience the many benefits of migrating your entire legacy data to CAD data.
